Come one, come all and join in the booty fest.  How are you going to shake your booty today?

I have my six month check-up at 1:30 and it's a long drive away so I have to drive to work.  I'm going to miss my morning walk which I use as a walking meditation to clear my head.  Also going to miss my lunchtime walk.  This makes me realize how much I like structure.  Don't mess with my plans, thank you very much!

So I guess I'll be down in the gym tonight once it cools down.  No A/C in the gym but we generally get a cool breeze coming off the bay by evening.

What are you doing to keep it moving today?

Hi Lee and lightweights! I got up and ran my last training run before the race...30 minutes flat! My best time ever. Did push ups and crunches when I got home. Tomorrow will be a day of rest, maybe a yoga tape or something.

Well done, Shannon!  That must feel great.  Good luck with the rest of your training/rest.

Today my body is in revolt.  My thighs will barely let me walk!  (OK, metabolism:  commence OPERATION ATTACK THIGH FAT!)

I love the feeling.  And so I'll take it easy.  I don't want to be working out everyday, anyway.  (At least not yet).

I'll still do my 2 miles of everyday walking.  And I'll give the doggie an extra long walk once the sun goes down.  But there won't be any running today.

Lee, to answer your question from yesterday, the answer is no.  I continued to get *that kind* of (read: unwanted!) attention even at my heaviest.  Now I only get more sleazy come-ons (and lectures on whatever I don't want to hear about how they feel about the way I said no, whatever).

I firmly believe that you can learn a lot about a guy just in how he reacts to your saying no.  The sleazes react grossly.  Gentlemen take it with grace, in which case, no can become a yes.

What I'm looking for is a decent, genuine approach that isn't necessarily tied to my heaving bosom/low cleavage.  Is that too much to ask for?  Perhaps.  I guess I could dress more modestly, but it almost seems impossible with these girls!  Especially as I'm getting more and more of a waist, which makes them show up even more.

At least I know those oblique crunches are working...

I had to laugh at your "heaving bosom/low clevage".  Right now mine look like a rock in a sock.  And I haven't really started losing serious weight yet.  They are always the first thing to go.

My girls are actually staying longer (no pun intended) than I thought.  I started in a 42DD bra and now I'm in a 36 DD or DDD.   My waist is down to 32 so it really shows off the girls.

YAY for the crunches working!  I totally understand what you mean about the men.  And really now, small waist and big girls?  I bet the men are bumping into each other.

You just keep working out to your hearts content and get stronger everyday.  You'll be able to wrestle those guys to the ground if they look at you crosseyed.

My exercise is today is going to be stacking the hay I just bought, only 20 bales but at 50lbs a bale, moving 20 of them will be enough for one day.
