Good Morning Roz! Got in those vitamins and finished off a shake ....been raining here today.....pulled muscle in my side is getting better.....ate lunch at Bass Pro yesterday and had some onion rings and dont know why but about hurled and had a tight chest feeling and ate maybe one BBQ rib.........time for lunch now so maybe finish those ribs up.......well hope to get back later ...have a wonderful day friends!

Dinner:  grilled chicken, brocalli, peach

Today was my surgery check in appointment at the hospital.  My surgery will be at 8, I have to check in at 6:30.  Since we live about 2 hours away, I think we will spend the night before in a hotel.  My husband is staying about 20 minutes away with a friend the other nights I will be there but I don't want to distrub them with us getting out of the house so early.  At least I won't have to wait around all day for surgery.  Now I have to arrange for another night of dog/horse sitters to be here Wednesday night as well as Thurs and Friday.

I lived about 1.5 hours away but we drove in the morning.  I didn't sleep the night before my surgery anyhow because I was so excited. 

That's nice your DH has someplace to stay. My daughter stayed right in my room with me and I was so glad she did.  I hate bothering the nurses when I need something.

Hi Roz & LW's, Roz, I am glad that your great nephew is doing better. Sorry to hear about your mom and her upcoming surgery. My prayers with you and the family during this time. My father in law is having some health issues too and he's not exactly a compliant patient. He thinks that because he's old that the docs don't want to fix him just to keep him above par. I try to tell him that medical treatments are more advanced than what he thinks but he's convinced that they just want to keep him running and not fix him new. Ugh, what a stubborn goat he is. 

Anyways, I am not on any "plan" for my meals, I am just focusing on getting in the protein and vitamins. 

B - Pure Protein RTD Shake (35g & 170 cal)
L - 1 cup white chicken chili & wheat crackers
S - Pure Protein RTD Shake (35g & 170 cal)
D - 1 cup white chicken chili 

Protein: 70 g with shakes only
Calories: 340 with shakes only

Vitamins: all done for the day
Water: almost 2 liters down so far today
MIles: Working on recovery laps. I went out for like 30 min walking and am resting now. 

My only focus for the next few days is to just drink my 70 g of protein and eat good choices. Up fiber, and drink my water. Gotta keep things running smooth. 

I'll start planning next week. :)

Will  keep your family in my prayers.

It seems I'm always a day late posting.  FINALLY got back to the top of my range.  I just have to be careful this weekend.  I would like to drop a couple more lbs to get to the middle of my range.  It was hard work, but now I  know what to do to get it done. I NEVER want to be over my range again.

B: 1 1/2 protein coffee          23g
L:  5 shrimp                           15g?
S: fage yogurt                         15g
D: pistachios, 6 crackers with cheese spread

I know this doesn't look like I know what I need to do.  I had someone in my office training all day, a highlight right after work, and company was there when I got home.LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
