Menus and Miles Thursday Sept. 2nd
On a Good note: My little Great Nephew is doing much better. His blood work and sonars have improved and the swelling in his stomach has gone down a little. He is almost 4 pounds now. I have never seen a baby so tiny. He looked like a little china doll. Thanks for all of the Prayers...they are working!!!!

Is it me or did we skip menus n miles on Wendesday ?
yesterday - 2 protein chai teas
slice fat free pizza n popcorn
leftover spicy garlic eggplant with vegan sausage balls ( fatfree )
afternoon i wanted to binge so bad!!
bit some pecan roll ..... got some meringue cookies gourmet , coffee frogurt ,
hazelnut cookies with chocolate filing , a roast beef sandwich ( which i ate some of the non- fattier beef from) a chicken ceasar salad ..( which i ate half of ) some toffee, some sugar free chewing gum....sliced smoked turkey n ham, raspberries, bananas , 2 sweet ( but sugarfree ) drinks , a chipotle turkey sandwich .... Landlord makes out like a bandit after i amass one of my virtual binges lol .....
i finally felt safe . like I wouldn't DIE if i didnt get more food ..of course i was ( and am ) still a bit tempted to EAT it ... but ill probably give most to my landlord or LI friends . Not so hard , thank God . Maybe 5 glasses water altogether .
this morning- 2 protein chai teas
marinated mushrooms in vinegar (one cup )
banana
raspberries ( 2/3 cup)
one fat free everything cracker with promise fat free margarine
weight is back down to 130 thank God ....now to exercise FINALLY . It being 97 degrees out and humid doesnt make it easy but neither is it IMPOSSIBLE .
BTW OA is HELPING ...feel stronger ... more like acting out rather than being acted upon .. helplessly tossed and buffeted by the winds of compulsive overeating ****asionally a hurricane force ) .
I have been able to get in important business calls rather than running and hiding from them .... good - a SIGNIFICANT change .
