L: 3oz pre-grilled chicken strips
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: 2oz pork chop w/bbq mango sauce
S: 1oz parmesan cheese chips & 1oz beef jerky
Cal: 737, Fat: 20, Carb: 27, Prot: 114
Exercise: 30 minute treadmill, 20 minute floor, Water: 8C so far, Vitamins: Done
I'm home and recovering now. I have only had 3 solid meals since sunday afternoon...one blessing of the pouch, really didn't miss anything. Broth set fine...
So, here's what I had today:
B - scrambled egg, sausage patty and slice toast. (6g & ?? cal)
S - Skinny cinnamon dulce latte (15g & 160 cal)
L - Pure Protein Shake (35g & 170 cal)
S - ??
D - ??
S - Pure Protein Shake (35g & 170 cal)
Protein: 91g w/o dinner and snack
Calories: 500 w/o dinner and snack
Vitamins: morning & afternoon batch done.
Water: doing as best as I can drinking my fluids
Miles: laps to and from the couch to the bathroom/kitchen. That's it... :)
I'm also glad to see you are able to get your Protein drinks in.
