Taking my Mom to see the Surgeon today about her over active thyroid so no menu planned and then going to Pittsburgh to see our new little Great Nephew who isn't doing well.

S: Single serving bag of Spicy Chili Doritos - very bad choice
D: Tuna Salad, 2 Melba Toast Crackers - couldn't eat it all
S: White Chocolate Pudding, 2 tbls lite cool whip
Totals:
Calories: 1036, carbs 5, fat 36, protein 117
Vitamins: Morning
Water: 100 ozs.
Miles: 3 Miles - Walk Away the Pounds CD.

Roz, you sure like that Lemon Tea! (Ha! I bought some too!) Hope things go well for you today. Usual work day for me and then my scheduled 45 minutes of exercise tonight! I am proud of myself today - it will be (3) nights in a row of exercise for me!

Awesome doing the exercising!!! Keep it up and it will pay off in the long run. I'm wondering if my skin would have bounced back better if I had exercised.
I actually crave the Lemon Tea! It is so wierd because it took me a whole work week to drink a 20oz. diet pepsi before WLS. I hated drinking anything before and now I get so thirsty! I still have a problem drinking anything but Protein drinks. Even though everything that I would chose to drink is SF, I feel like I'm driniking something bad and I hate plain water.
