Hi Roz! Been tracking my food again through The Daily Plate. It definitely helps when you see what you eat. Its hard though when you get something from a restaurant - then its a guessing game.
B - 4 coffees
L - 3 pieces of Hot Honey BBQ boneless wings, 1.3 pieces of icky perch (dried out)
S - 1 piece of Light N Crispy WASA bread (its gone now)
S - double protein Fuzzy naval drink
S - atkins bar
D - chicken thigh w/sauteed mushrooms
Vits - yep
Water: working on it
Miles: Don't know - have zumba tonight but have to get laundry done and pack before my trip tomorrow. I'm tired too...

S: 4.5 Rice Snacks cheese flavor - can't buy these anymore they are way too good and I am having a control problem with them
D: 2 oz. Cube steak, 1/4 cup turnip greens, 1/4 cup peas
S: White Chocolate Pudding, 4 tbsp. lite cool whip

Mom goes tomorrow....I'm hoping all goes well too. Hopefully they schedule the surgery quickly so she doesn't have to worry for weeks.
Great variety. Even with the rice snacks your carbs look pretty good.
