Hi Roz!  Been tracking my food again through The Daily Plate.  It definitely helps when you see what you eat.  Its hard though when you get something from a restaurant - then its a guessing game.

B - 4 coffees
L - 3 pieces of Hot Honey BBQ boneless wings, 1.3 pieces of icky perch (dried out)
S - 1 piece of Light N Crispy WASA bread (its gone now)
S - double protein Fuzzy naval drink
S - atkins bar
D - chicken thigh w/sauteed mushrooms


Vits -  yep
Water:  working on it
Miles:  Don't know - have zumba tonight but have to get laundry done and pack before my trip tomorrow.  I'm tired too...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I hope all of our newbies are posting on dailyplate.com or fitday.com.   And I think it definitely helps those of us further out to check on our totals now and then so we don't start over eating.

Here's the plan today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Lettuce, 3 slices deli roast beef, chicken & ham, 1 wedge laughing cow lite queso cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein
S:  4.5 Rice Snacks cheese flavor - can't buy these anymore they are way too good and I am having a control problem with them
D:  2 oz. Cube steak, 1/4 cup turnip greens, 1/4 cup peas
S:  White Chocolate Pudding, 4 tbsp. lite cool whip
Totals:
Calories: 866, carbs 53, fat 24, protein 118
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  120 ozs.
Miles:  2 miles walked

My great nephew is stable.  My nephew said he is covered with tubes and equipment. They are talking about operating on his bowel and intestines.

Mom goes tomorrow....I'm hoping all goes well too.  Hopefully they schedule the surgery quickly so she doesn't have to worry for weeks.

Great variety.  Even with the rice snacks your carbs look pretty good.

I'm going to miss vegetables but I'm really going to miss all of the fresh fruit.  The cherries I got yesterday were terrible.
