Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good Morning Roz! Pulled a muscle in my side AFTER a work out the other day and it still is sore! Been keeping busy but today I might get to the gym and at least do cardio workout got the vitamins in but no shake as of yet.....just remembered Sandy had a big appt for a swallowing test as she is having problems with motility. She has had type 1 diabetes for 35+ years and MS to boot so it's beginning to be a problem for her. Well we shall see how the day goes ......see ya later and have a wonderful day friends!.........

Hi guys, Sandy will get results in a few days on her tests....we ate at a good restaurant and I had a Philly steak sandwich and that was all ! Had some Chinese food for breakfast and got in a shake too. Thinking I will have more for a late supper. I alway make too much Chinese and have to eat it for days...lol....good thing I like my own cooking! Well I still have a sore side but feel great otherwise. Hope to get to the Gym tomorrow.....see ya good night : - )

 2 isopure chai teas 

1 glass water 

herb organic chicken breast cold cuts with fat free cheddar cheese and mustard 

heading out to exercise !!  yay !  did a few push- uppies and neck rolls at puter too ..

s- 2 cups (unpopped ) popcorn

     one large bowll fat free organic raisin bran n bran frsoted pillow cereal 

      pint of fat free milk


L- ( around 3 pm)  2  garden burgers  1.5 grams fat each , 16 grams protein each 

afternoon snack - chocachino - ( coffee plus hot chocolat eplus frangelico ) made with fat free milk n splenda 

working on the gosh darn water - 3 glasses so far  but very difficult 

My OA sponsor doesnt want to hear from me until i drink 8 8 ounce glasses 4 three days straight !  What the HECK ?!!!  LOL

walked  4 miles on the beach in the sand ..

made Chinese eggplant dish with vegan " sausage " ( fatfree ) balls - then proceeded to eat three !!! plates of it .   Must have been a slider food 
.  Part of me said this was OK since I REALLY wanted to go eat at the Chinese buffet and I would have eaten MORE  lol ( of much fattier food )   

two glasses ofred wine with dinner 

Part of me says I'm getting fatter ...and  eating larger quantities is NOT going to help ....

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
S - Atkins bar (Tummy started cramping this morning so I didn't graze on anything else...Felt fine after about 30 minutes. Crazy.)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chicken thigh (Nuked slowly to make it soft but still feels like a rock...ugh)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

MILES: 3 - 15 minute walks (7,681 steps) and total of 60 leaning push-ups.

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done

3 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done
bedtime batch: pending

Good morning! I had to clean out closets again today, everything is huge. I guess I'll have to go shopping.
