I was sleeved on Friday 8/27.  I had some discomfort in the hospital.  Nothing the pain meds couldn't alleviate.  Leak test went well.  Had the slightest amount of mashed potatoes w/gravy and meatloaf.  I hardly ate any as I was afraid it would come back up.  I had a 8 oz. fruit protein drink in the hospital which I tolerated fine. I'm able to take my pills without a problem.  Prior to surgery all I felt was relief in that there is light at the end of the tunnel.  Now I feel super hopeful!!! I'm forcing myself to take it easy this week.  Nothing on the schedule that husband can't take care of as far as the kids go.
I'll try to update my profile in the near future.  Briefly-Married. 4 kids. 1 grandchild.

I'm 5'8"

My post is a bit confusing....I'm still married, not briefly married. Well, I WAS briefly married but that was a long time ago.
