Fitness Challenge - August 30th

 It's Monday!!  Time to figure out our week and how we're going to shake our booty!

I have challenges this week as I have to drive to work both Wed and Thur.  Wed is WLS support group directly after work and Thursday I have my 6 month checkup with my surgeon.  Both require a car.  I'll have to plan carefully to get in an hour of exercise each day.  I guess waking up early and getting into the gym will need to be my plan.

For today:
Walking 45 minutes to work
Walking 30 minutes at lunchtime
Walking 15 minutes home

Weight machines and crunches tonight.

I have a sore throat but I'd like to do some cardio on the eliptical tonight.  I am not losing a pound on the 90 minutes of walking.  I actually gained a pound this morning.

Please keep loverofcats and my friend Kristen in your thoughts today.  Both are getting their new Sleeves this morning!  :)

I went to a morning toning class -- lots of arms, squats, and core work. It will be my new Monday/Wednesday morning routine.

3 walks and 40 push-ups so far, but man, is it ever getting hot!

I got up and ran 3.5 miles. I'm getting ready to do crunches and push ups right now!

I walked 2 miles outside this afternoon after work.

Hope both your friends did well with their surgeries today.
