Hello Roz and Gang!
This is my first "official" Menus & Miles post.  I am exactly 6 weeks out today and got clearance to go to the gym! (which I did!).  My totals are not always perfect (still not always getting my protein and water.....I have good eating days and bad eating days....but I'm trying!!
Here's today's eats:

Breakfast:  1 scrambled egg with cheese
                     1 turkey sausage link

Snack:  8 oz. Sugar Free instant breakfast (made with milk)

Lunch:  2 oz. deli ham
              2 oz. mild cheddar cheese

Snack:  3 oz. of sugar-free oat bran cereal (dry) ....my carb fix before the gym :(

Dinner:   4 oz. roasted turkey with gravy
                 spoonful of mashed potatoes
                 spoonful of northern beans

VITAMINS:   I took all  except I'll need to take my other half of calcium before bed.
MILES:   22 minutes on the elliptical....ran out of steam :(
                21 minutes on the treadmill (walking)
WATER:   Just at 70 ounces

Any comments from the  experts??  I know I'm short on the protein today....I'm a teacher and it's just so hard to find the time to eat during the school day.  I do better on the weekends!

Had a better day than expected.  Work was really busy, but it made the day go by really fast.  Came home with a terrible headache going to get some rest.

Since all I can do is "read" now at work, it has really cut down on my posting-but I do come and read every day.  Down to 1# over range.  It's really been slow getting this few # back off.  I realize I was making bad choices resulting in way too many calories.  Posting on daily plate has really helped me make better choices so I try to do that daily now.

Monday

B 1 protein coffee 25g
S cucumber
L 3 oz turkey pastrami on lettuce leaf   18g
S tomato
D green beans

Walked 1/2 hr during lunch hour.

b- 2 scoops ispoure in chai tea 

s- popcorn one cup unpopped 

L- fat free thai coconut chicken soup with carrots n fresh broccoli 

S - hotchocolate made with coffee, cocoa powder , fatfree milk, vanilla isopure and splenda and frangelico 

still had to take a wellbutrin to get my butt up to exercise ...

but walked 4 miles at the beach - Feel SO MUCH BETTER !!  yay

D- organic herb chicken beast cold cut , fatfree cheddar cheese slices ( 4)  mustard 

glass of red wine
