Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Good Morning Roz, up and at 'um since 7:30 had those vits & protein plus just ate a bowl of veggie soup. I ache all over but getting moving around is helping some. Got the dentist appt. Coming up at 1:00 and then nothing much going on. Hope to check in later......
Hi Roz.....been achey from the exercise and then working outside but I am feeling better......have a temp filling and get a crown in two weeks. Ate two chicken strips and a few fries for lunch and after the dentist I went grocery shopping and got home to find a piece of pie from three days ago.....still ate it though......tonight I might make Chinese food. See ya later..........
Hey guys ....made the Chinese food...sirloin beef strips with baby corn, bamboo shoots,mushrooms,tomatoes and red bell pepper,garlic and onion mixed with a stir fry sauce and oyster sauce served over Chinese style noodles.....also a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Ready for bed and it's only 8:45 ! See ya tomorrow friends...

L: Lettuce, 3 slices deli roast beef, deli ham and deli chicken, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Lite Queso Cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein
S: 4.5 Cheese flavored rice snacks
D: Meatloaf, 1/4 cup turnip greens
S: 1/2 cup white chocolate pudding, 4 tbls lite cool whip
Totals:
Calories 942, carbs 59, fat 29, protein 124
Vitamins: Done
Water: 90 ozs
Miles: Walked 2 miles
I found out my calorie counter had the incorrect information in the protein drinks, it had 9 fat grams in each one when actually they have 0 fat grams. I've fixed this so all my fat counts have been wrong. I mostly look at the protein and carbs anyway.
