My scale is UP - so - I have to start taking this weight management stuff seriously.... honeymoon is over!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I am getting back on the Menu & Miles wagon! My weight has been bouncing between 136-137. I am so close to my 1st it's crazy. I am suppose to get back on the exercise thing again tomorrow with Zumba AND crossfit....I might die!! LOL
Let's see what I will eat and drink today!! I have had a grumpy pouch for a while.

Out of my slump of depression and things are going great so far. I have had a significant weight gain which make me know that failure is not an option. So I went shopping yesterday and today I finished my cooking for the week. I pulled out my "Survival Bag" as I call it so I can start carrying my lunch and necessities again and stay away from the job cafeteria.
