S - protein shake (30g)
S - Atkins bar
S - chai tea latte
D - Chinese take-out: shrimp in lobster sauce with a little rice, a spring roll and will probably have a fortune cookie later

I haven't talk to her yet.  She probably either forgot about yesterday or she is obsessing over the surgery.  Yesterday she kept insisting she is having surgery on Tuesday but we are only meeting with him to find out the plan.  There is no way to change her mind after she starts thinking something.

Well, I am having a day where nothing sounds good to eat so I am trying a protein iced coffee for breakfast. I used vanilla protein powder and it is pretty good. First protein drink I actually like.
B iced protein coffee
L fat free refried beans and cheese
D 2.5 oz beef
S protein drink
I will probably have another protein drink during the day. I am trying to up my protein. I have only lost about a lb in the last week or so so I am trying to raise up my protein and calories.

Hi Roz,

Been missing in action, but I'm hoping to make this a daily post.  Being accountable works for me.  I hit the gym early this morning and did 2 miles in 35 minutes which surprised even me; haven't been in about two weks.  It really felt refreshing and killed my appretite.
