am trying to stay abstinent and live LIFE between meals ..... not easy .. get the urge to eat what feels like literally every ten minutes . Of course im NOT hungry ..... Im just BORED or ANXIOUS or is it GUILTY because i havent exercised this week?
Ok im gonn a get on the rowing machine ..... gosh darn it ....
Oh one other thing - my sponsor asked me to take pictures of my binge food s before i eat them ...well i took a pic of an entire acorn squash ( which is now roasting in the oven ) at 10 AM. Is this a binge food ? is this a healthy carb ? is eating the entire squash healthy at all ? It FEELS a lot like my pre surgery eating .....
L- leftover scungill with peas in fra diavolo sauce ( homemade fat free )
piece of pecan / hazelnut bar - lowfat low sugar but still naughty dessert
50 crunches 25 side crunches each side - 5 LOONg minutes on rower
going to meet a friend visit the Met and the Jewish museum - figure that much walking will be just the ticket when i ( sadly ) still hardly feel like moving ....
D- ( kind ofa snack) 1/2 large vegeetable soup from museum cafeteria
small piece of stuffedtilapia in coconut sauce
string beans
rice
Snack when got home at 11 pm - 1/2 baked acorn squash and all its roastedseeds
one scoop isopure in tea with frangelico
Acorn squash sounds healthy to me, but I guess it would depends on what you put on it.
On Dr. Oz last week there was a lady who I think lost over 200 pounds the "real" way and she ate whole plates of spaghetti squash with sauce on them and she had a 6 egg omelet every day cooked with vegetables. She said she needed quantity so she picked healthy protein and vegetable foods and ate huge plates of them. I don't know if you googled it if you could find her eating plan or not. She is going to help another one of his viewers lose weight now by coaching her.

My DD says she used Proactive Combination Therapy. She swears by it. She said she had to start slow because it made her face sore at the beginning, but now it is rare for her to break out even around her period time.

If I use Proactive all the time I get real dry, scaley, flaky and it hurts. I just use it here and there for problem areas/spots. I've started using the Neutrogena that Ava suggested. I'm going to give that a shot and see how that works.
