Hormonal Changes?
Is this another hormone change that happens after surgery?
No pms, but woke up this morning with killer cramps and TOM which is a week late!
Wow, I havent had cramps like this since I was a teenager! Hmm, am I getting younger? LOL
Also has anyone else experienced and increase in their libido? I figured it may happen when I was closer to goal, but not this soon.
Well I hope you all have a great day! Going to be a quiet weekend here. I hope to be outside because the weather has been beautiful here!

Both are perfectly normal I believe . Many of us get our TOM in the hospital actually .
before U act on that libido...realize Ur chances of getting PREGNANT are astronomical right now . I just had a good friend who was well over 40 years old , had had PCOS all her life and hadnt had a period in literally 40 years come up pregnant after WLS .
The really sad thing is her doctors ruled pregnancy out as a possible cause of her tiredness and bloating ( ?!! ) because of her age and history ....and they never tested her properly for the possibilty . So she took a strenuous zumba class to get rid of the bloating and her water broke tragically early .....
true story ...so if ya gotta act on it make sure U double bag that lucky guy !!!

Yes cramps are worse now. I figured I didn't have fat to coushen it anymore. Increase libido for sure. I tell my husband that STELLA has gotten her grove back. He just eats it up. My husband has had a visectomy so I don't have the pregnancy fears but I have close a close friend that had surgery 3 months before me. She got pregnant this year and lost the baby. Her body couldn't support both of them. So just be careful and enjoy it while it lasts. You are doing great.
