I am 9 mths out and have finally found the bra from heaven!!  I am 144 lbs and wearing a 36 B--my Ta Ta's look like squeezed lemons (I had a BR in '03) and literally look like I have a chest of a little boy!

Wednesday night I went to Victoria's Secrets and was measured for a bra--she gave me 3 samples to try on and the one with the most padding -- the miraculous push up bra-- looked phenomenal!  My mom and daughter were raving over the transformation.  My mom said--no matter what it costs, I'm buying it for you!!  I love my new bra!!  (FYI: it was $45)

So this brings me to the question of...What tips, tricks and techniques have you learned to make yourself look and feel better about the sagging skin and disappearing Ta Ta's???

TIA & TGIF!!

 Saggy skin remedy --

big hot tub , hot as you can stand it

baking soda based bath bomb ( or just soda take yer pick) - makes water alkaline and exfoliating vastly more effective

salicylic acid based body scrub ( Neutrogena grapefruit body exfoliator is great )    If you cant find the body stuff use the facial - needs 2%salicylic acid as an ingredient

EVEN BETTER - fruit acid or glycolic acid based scrub ( MIRA makes an amazing honey -scented one )

( but best to use the salicylic acid scrub  in the shower every  single day )

sandpaper on a stick , loofah on a stick , pumice stones , grater on a handle ( for feet)

soak in ho****er n baking soda fora while then try to roll off old skin off Urself .  I bet it works !  ( just with Ur hand )  pay particular attention to under arms , back , breasts and tummy , buttock crease , backs of knees where old skin congregates also feet  where many people have YEARS of nasty accumulation .  ( that part has NOTHING to do with sag .. but everything to do with cracked heels and discomfort walking )

If you do this right U should see a layer of dead gray skin on the water ......especially after U use Ur implements like sandpaper .  Use them but dont get TOO vigorous about it because it may hurt after U get out ..... don 't go so far as to make the area red.

I like to apply the glycolic acid peel at this point and let it make my skin like a babys bottom ...

then i get out , towel off and REST  ( after taking a bunch of L- arginine which helps restore skin tautness and elasticity .

Try it Ull love the results  especially the next day .... and keep up the  good work with the salicylic acid scrub which makes Ur skin act younger and snap back better every time U shower ......

If , after this U manage to get in the OCEAN or out in the SUN the next day or next coupla days U will see an amazing difference in the tautness of Ur "loose bits "  i promise U .  Best yet - once U have Ur taut new skin , it DOESNT GO BACK ...... YAY !!

Mederma strech mark stuff works , mederma works on scars and wrinkles , Hylaurnic acid works on hyperpigmentation ..... and high-test Vitamin C and retinol ( Vitamin A ) work on EVERYTHING .   What more could a GRRL ( or even a GUY )  ask for lol ?!

Gurl!!!  The next time I have a few hours alone I am so trying this!!  I don't think it will help my stretch mark riddled body, but I think it will feel WONDERFUL!!!

Questions for you Ava.  Could I make my own scrub and put aspirin into the scrub?  Would it be too much to make a sugar scrub with lemon AND aspirin?  I am thinking sugar, olive oil, honey, fresh lemon juice and some powdered aspirin.

I will live each day in the mindful present

I feel like I have no boobs left...but I am still a 34D. So I guess I shouldn't complain. I found a bra I liked at Wal-Mart, so I bought a few. I don't know what to do about the belly skin or inner thighs. Right now I wear long shorts or pants and a "girdle" something spanx-like if I want to wear a tighter top.

the ablounge and rolerblading are great disguisers /eliminators of the excess skin  on the  inner thighs and tummy  at least 4 me .

I think the most important thing is not to give up on the area and NOT exercise it with the promise  that Ull get PS later ..... yes its HARD initially to do crunches etc ..... but it WORKs .

Ditto for tricep dips , pulldowns and pushups ( or the rowing machine )  .  It DOES help the batwings ...and bra / back rolls  I SWEAR it does .

SWIMMING Is THE exercise that  works ALL  the jiggly bits ( works all the muscles in the body effectively actually )

Another little "model trick " is to put vaseline on the areas U most want to lose from ....works wonders .   The wetsuit material thingies that make U sweat work even better than vaseline to squeeze the water out of a specific area - whether its the thighs , the arms or the waist  but theyre a little embarassing in short- shorts weather .   Noone sees the vaseline !!  ( or the caffeine containing anti- cellulite gel - works great too )

Hiding the jiggly bits from the sun  means they never get tightened up in my experience ... I just let it all hang out shamelessly .....the sun is the jigglies enemy lol !!!
