Fitness Challenge - August 27th

I can tell you that's a damn good beginner's time! 5K is around 3 miles so you're doing a 10 minute mile. They pushed us to do 8 and 9 minute miles after 6 weeks of pretty intense training when I was in the Army.

Thanks! That makes me feel much better. While I am not trying to win, I also don't want to be the last one huffing and puffing across the finish line.

I was really busy again today and only got 3 walks done and 40 push-ups. My arms hurt...ouchie.

 Gina, the incredible thing is that you got in 3 walks while so busy at work.  Your arms must be looking great from those push-ups!

When I first started working out my arms were so weak I could only do 3 push-ups. Now I am up to 16...I'm jealous of your 40!

Thanks! Those 40 are a daily total done in 10's against a 3' wall. It still gives my arms and back some workout without stressing the lower back.
