s: 2 scoop protein shake
l: 1/2 wrap with grilled chicken and vegetables
s: skim latte and atkins granola bar
d: 1/2 pork quesadilla (leftover from last night)

Everytime I comment about summer being over my DH says the best months are coming. He loves the fall. Summer is way to hot when you make a living digging ditches.
