Friday again!!!  It's hard to believe it's the last one of August!!  Engjoy the weekend!!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning lightweights! I woke up before the alarm clock, went for a run, no class on Friday, DH doesn't work overtime tonight...what a good day!

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: Carbmaster yogurt
L: scallops
S: RTD Pure protein shake
D: out to eat...probably sushi
S: None or some cheese and crackers

Didn't do my totals because of the out to eat, and I usually don't have a snack after dinner if we go out.
Vitamins: Done, Water, 6 cups so far, Exercise: ran 5K, crunches, push ups, plank

Assignment from OA sponsor = 8 glasses water   so far -  half of one 

Chai tea with one scoop isopure 

1/2 cup homegrown raspberries off the vine 

one cup ff cottage cheese  with pineapple 

one cup pureed baby kale from garden in borscht 

S -  two small squashes ( one delicata one hybrid  ) shake n baked 

late lunch - scungill in homemade tomato sauce with peas

popcorn 

cherries 

2 coffees with 2 scoops isopure 

3 ounces  very lowfat almond milk cheese 

two small candies 

only got two glasses of water down all day ... a little frustrated.   The water makes me nauseous and wants to come right back up ...... it aint easy to stay hydrated!!

 I FEEL a lot better since ive been drinking  though ....no heart palpitations and a lot more energy and willingness to work n exercise ....hmmm

shoot i KNEW i " forgot " something -  three home baked  lowfat pecan/ hazelnut bars that made me DUMP all afternoon  grrrr .  The bellyache made me swear ( for the hundreth time ) that i would NEVER EVER eat sugar again ....
