Hello gang!! 

This morning I was in a rush, nothing new there...lol..., so I grabbed some stuff from the fridge to prep at work. Here in my unit, we have been doing an "around the world" luncheon theme. Once a week, we go out and try new foods. Today, is French food. I've never had so this will be fun. I looked up the menu online and the salads look fantabulous!! I'll be very careful with the dressing too. So for today, it's a make it up as i go along day :)

B - oatmeal (4g & 100 cal) w/raisins (40 cal)
S - protein shake (32g & 167 cal)
L - salad @ french restaraunt :) prob a chicken spinach salad... (yummy)
S - tomatoes and hummus
D - ?? 
S - protein shake (32g & 167 cal)

protein: 68g w/o lunch & dinner
calories:  474 w/o lunch & dinner

vitamins: on track
water: 32 oz done ~ gotta drink more today for sure
miles; nothing planned

Hi Roz! Just got out of class, getting ready to feed DS and put him down for his nap. Here's my menu:

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/water
L: 2oz ham
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: 2oz scallops
S: 1oz parmesan cheese chips

Cal: 584, Fat: 13, Carb: 16, Prot: 97
Vitamins: Done, Water: 8 cups so far, Exercise: 30 minute walk on treadmill, crunches, push ups

Hi Roz!  Finally getting on today...  Funny - since it has been all fluids today, I haven't really been hungry. Had to go to another office this morning and when I drank my fuzzy navel protein drink, I felt FULL... then I got back to work, sat in my chair and my stomach thinks its time to start eating again - that's all head hunger....  IF I give in, it will be a greek yogurt with protein powder

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
L - double protein fuzzy navel drink
S - McD's SF large iced coffee
S - Greek Yogurt w/protein powder
D -tomato sandwich on wheat bread
S - 2 servings lays potato chips
S - 1 beer
