This morning I was in a rush, nothing new there...lol..., so I grabbed some stuff from the fridge to prep at work. Here in my unit, we have been doing an "around the world" luncheon theme. Once a week, we go out and try new foods. Today, is French food. I've never had so this will be fun. I looked up the menu online and the salads look fantabulous!! I'll be very careful with the dressing too. So for today, it's a make it up as i go along day :)
