Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz!

B 3/4 of a scrambled egg with 1/2 strip of a morningstar bacon strip
S 1/4 c greek yogurt with splenda and vanilla
L 1/4c Chili
S 1 babybell light cheese
D 2oz pork tenderloin
S 1oz cottage cheese 1% plus 1oz fresh homegrown peach

Vits 2 batches done, 2 to go
Fluids 16oz decaf tea, 2 cups skim milk and crystal light for the rest
Miles going to the park with Buddy and will walk a little over 2 miles

Unfortunately, the scale is not moving... I've been hovering up & down 1-3lbs for the last 6 weeks or so.  I am starting to wonder if my body is stabilizing.  My doc didn't give me a goal weight.  I did for myself, but WTH do I know?! lol  But, I would be happy if I didn't lose another pound, I am very happy wearing a size 10 and never thought in my life I would be down to that size as an adult.

Good Morning Roz...... Been getting those vitamins in and a shake every morning......to the gym today...been going every other day. Been loading my MP3 with music to exercise by.....went to the library for some as well.....losing about a pound a week now so that has slowed down a bit but I think maybe the weight lifting might be slowing it down. Scales at 193-194# for a few days so I call that official weight loss. My small stomach has really helped with portion control as I no longer eat everything put in front of me. I bought Chinese food yesterday for lunch and ordered a spicy dish as pre-op I loved spicy but it seems I no longer care for it anymore. I feel so lucky to have been able to get this WLS as my life has changed so very much for the better! I must remember though that this gift has come with a responsibility to make the right choices. Just needed to see that in writing so I might continue to do so. Take care friends and maybe drop a line in later........

Hey there, I been to the gym today, I ate leftover Chinese food,had another shake and then for dinner had part of a porterhouse steak with snap beans and potatoes, bush's vegetarian beans. Also had some almonds for a snack and some of these candies my son bought called Tayas Damla from Turkey they are fruit chews and way too good! Well gotta go see ya all tomorrow.......
