Walk to work - 45 minutes
Walk at lunch - 30 minutes
Walk home short way - 15 minutes
Weight Machines
I've been slacking on my crunches this week so 200 of them tonight!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Oh Lee - I have to come clean... I didn't exercise tonight. I went grocery shopping at Walmart instead. Had every intention of doing it when I got home and didn't....
I promise - I will get on the elliptical in the morning. I wasn't planning on exercising tomorrow, so I'll make up for it...
