Fitness Challenge - August 26th

Wake up!   Opps, I'm saying that to myself, not to you.   I'm tired this morning.  The second walk around the lake kind of tired me out last night, but at least the heat wave broke. I prefer to walk when it's not so hot.

So what's the plan for today gang?

For me:
Walk to work - 45 minutes
Walk at lunch - 30 minutes
Walk home short way - 15 minutes
Weight Machines
I've been slacking on my crunches this week so 200 of them tonight!

How are you moving today?

Today is a light day for me because I am running tomorrow.

30 minute walk on treadmill
Crunches
Push-ups
Plank and some other core exercises

I've only gotten 2 walks in today but I've done 30 leaning push-ups! Woohoo!

 Good job getting in two walks on such a busy day.  I read where you posted that you wondered what people thought looking down and seeing you do push-ups.  That made me laugh!  :)

I got both ponies worked this morning.  This afternoon I need to mow the lawn and pasture.  Sounds easy with a riding mower but the hills make it a core workout staying on the mower.

Oh Lee - I have to come clean... I didn't exercise tonight.  I went grocery shopping at Walmart instead.  Had every intention of doing it when I got home and didn't....

I promise - I will get on the elliptical in the morning.  I wasn't planning on exercising tomorrow, so I'll make up for it...
