Started to use the nutrition and exercise tracker here on OH, since  I always seem to be here anyways. Easy to use so far.
Does anyone else use the tools here?

Spice -
Glad to finally see your avatar! Beautiful!
Hope you are doing well.

I don't use the tracker except for the weight change for the ticker.

I have used that tracker from day 1. Just be careful if the food item was posted by another member. I was taking for granted that the info was correct in the beginning. I think some people were lying to themselves! If it says USDA, it's accurate, other foods I have entered myself.

I've used every tracker ever created.  Pre-op someone turned me on to myfitnesspal.com and I've been sold on it every since.  I use it on my computer and also on my iPhone.

I have used it since its inception but recently I made a switch to fatsecret.com.  I like being able to use OH for everything.  Most importantly, I can create custom private foods on OH without worry that others will edit them rendering the info inaccurate.  No need to concern myself with countless duplicates each varying in information as with some sites.

Recently I discovered fatsecret.com which is mobile friendly.  OH is not.  Although there is far less flexibility with exercise, the convenience of using my hand held makes it a beter option for me.

I like My Fitness Pal so I never even tried the one here. I also assumed it would be as bad as their message board software.

I wish I was as computer savvy as the rest of you.  They just seem too complicated for me.  So i designed my own food log on my computer and print blank ones out each week.  But of course it's not as accurate as the ones online because I have to manually enter each food item and add the calories, etc.

I love my lil spiral notebook. It stays on the kitchen counter next to the coffee pot. That way I write everything down.
Just trying some new things out. I didnt realize that the info on the some of the programs may not be right, so I will be more aware.
Thanks guys!
