Hi Guys sorry it has been so long since I have posted I have been pretty busy.  On Monday nights I take a Yoga class, Tues  & Thur I am taking a water fitness class, Sat night I serve at my Church.  WOW I am so busy.    My DH and I have started to play tennis on the weekends.  I never thought I would be so busy with exercise things.

I have noticed at nights I get a little dizzy when I stand up so much that sometime I need to sit back down or hold the wall until it gets better, any ideas what could cause dizziness?  Lack of any vitamin?  I try and take everything but maybe I am missing something I should take more of, I take B12, Iron, vitamin C, D, Calcium.

I hope you are all doing well, all the new folks keep up the good work it will all payoff.

Take care
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
Dizziness when standing is a classic sign of dehydration. In fact, in each of my post-op appointments they ask me if I experience that, just to check, since dehydration is so important to catch.
Does that sound like a possibility for you?

Thank you !!

Ava babeeee, one thing is for sure... and I know you care how your skin looks... Proper hydration does wonders for one's skins... like moisturizing from inside out.

Hmmmmm... and don't forget to eat some fat for your skin too, babeeeeee (<-- I know you won't like this part).

I don't think it is dehydration I drink a lot of my crystal light at least 90 oz a day, but thanks for the suggestion

It can also be a sign of low blood pressure.   As my weight drops, my BP Drops ... I always know it's low when I get dizzy/light-headed.

If it keeps up, you might want to talk with your doctor.  For me, I don't need medication - just an awareness & a little salt on my eggs.  Best of luck!

You got some good advice already.
Up your fluids and see how you feel.
If it continues I would make an appt with the doc.

Hey Sandy, its good to see you posting!   First thing I thought of was blood pressure too.  Ive seen many posts about this - I forget the medical term for it. Hope you get it fixed. Dont be a stranger!  Cindy
