Fitness Challenge - August 25th
I haven't gotten to the point of exercising (besides the 2+ miles I walk every day) every single day, but I do celebrate when I do it!
So. Today was my second attempt at running. I ran 2 miles - this time much closer to running the whole time at 5.0 on the treadmill. I downloaded one of the trusty old Nike Run+ tracks and it really helped me to pace myself.
I'm coming closer to getting back to my old running habit - which is a habit I can be proud of! Hopefully I can get myself there again tomorrow.
Other than the run, I did my basic 20 push ups & 200 crunches.
