Fitness Challenge - August 25th
Let's keep up our summer momentum and keep moving. It's always more difficult for me in the winter because the weather makes it harder to just get out for a long walk. I need to really make use of the rest of the summer to help me get to my goals.
I'm still debating my plan for the day. I know I want to do the weight machines tonight after work. I cam home at 2 yesterday because I was vomiting all morning. I think I had my first Sleeve Ache so I'm taking it a little easier today until I see how I'm feeling.
Walk to work - I think I'll go the 15 minute route
Walk home - 15 minutes
Walk at lunch - 30 minutes
WLS mini support group is coming over tonight. We'll either walk the lake (3.5 miles) or we'll do water aerobics and walk in my pool. It was over 100 yesterday and will be hot again today.
Either way, I'll get in 2 hours of exercise today.
So what's your plan for the day? Please help me stay motivated.

I won't be exercising tonight. I have a 2 hour meeting after work for the Beer and Music Festival I've volunteered to work at this weekend. After that I'm going out to dinner.
Not sure how the rest of the week will look either - I may be working the festival (setting up, etc) from Thurs - Saturday... maybe I'll get my exercise there. I have a feeling I'll be on my feet all weekend!! I'll find out tonight what my duties are.
I've decided I'm going to join a gym when the weather starts turning here (which could be soon). I'm not going to let bad weather be my excuse for NOT exercising. And if I see all the skinny chicks there - maybe that will motivate me to get a few pounds off! LOL
