I had another busy day, but I still ran my 5k route tonight when my son went to bed. I am still sitting in sweaty running clothes as a matter of fact, but I wanted to get on and check the board before I shower and crash. I'm having withdrawls because I haven't been on the computer all day (except my online classes).

 I finally bit the bullet and WALKED late one morning when we had the boat docked at Fire island .... I walked from one end of Davis to the Pines and back - a few miles in knee deep water .   Boy could i see it in my body the next day .  

I just have to remember to take the time for ME  and exercise every day when i am with these sedentary  folks.   It doesnt work that I try to get them, to walk .. because they hardly go anywhere ..and its such a huge production .  

In a way its very hard because each one of them requires food in a certain order and certain blood sugar proportion ( bananas, orange juice, breakfast , fat free sugar free  cake and cookies  .. in the  case of BOb's Dad .. and Bob is different foods but the same.  So in a way I am STUCK in the  kitchen till ten am baking etc .....then i am walking with Bob's Dad ...because he has balance issues .....

I just have to figure it out thats all .....and make MY exercise a priority .   

Im home in Brooklyn now and here its a DIFFERENT set of reasons why i cant .... havent been to the store in MONTHS have no tea .....etc.    Im sick of my own excuses LOL !!

Ava, knock it off with the excuses and get on those blades.  You always feel so much better when you're taking care of yourself and shaking your booty.  Get out there and have fun.  It does a body good you know.  :)
