Fitness Challenge - August 24th
It's great to see so many of us exercising. I'm always inspired by those at goal weight that just keep moving for the effects exercise has on overall health. Please keep inspiring me!]
It's another hot day here today. Temps are supposed to go over 100. All I can say is WOW. It never went about 65 from June until now. I'm getting in my exercise early!
Plan for today:
Walk to work this morning - 45 minutes
Walk home - 15 minutes
Walk at lunchtime - 30 minutes
Tonight - if the gym cools down enough - no A/C - I may just have to swim tonight.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
