B- 2 scoops isopure in coffee fatfree orange /cranberry coffee cake home baked
L- 1/2 commercial curry chicken wrap minus the wrap
salad from salad bar - 1/2 small container ( some babaganoush , bean salads , tomatoes etc)
S- almond croissant pieces - big bite pecan roll
not enough water - not enough calcium so far
cherries ( like half a cup and pouch shut me down)
water !! yay ...
coffee with one scoop isopure
red wine one large glass
D- 6 ounces very lowfat ( i gram per seving ) vegan almond based pepper jack cheese
2 vegan mesquite lime sticks ( vegan jerky )
i had a wine n cheese plate for din din and BOY was it good n satisfying !!
miles - well , went to the plastic surgeons ...before that did some crunches and a few rows ....
im cutting myslef some slack since i had a lot of office work and preparation for the appointment . I also went SHOPPING and U grrrls KNOW what hard work THAT is lol .....
i almost " forgot " my snack - a half a home grown squash the size of my head cut into lil pieces and parmesan shaken baked .....yum yum
could only eat half cuz pouchie shut me down ( thank God SOMEONE does ) ......

D: WASA Multigrain bread, 2 wedges laughing cow lite queso cheese, 3 slices chicken deli meat
S: Calories are low so I'll need something
