Hey Jody, I haven't really...I'll put everything into online log if you need to know what the carb count is...
I just haven't 'logged' my food lately so don't know. Since I will be home recovering for the next few weeks I can rebuild that habit too :)
The reason I am eating the oats is for the fiber! That little packet of oatmeal (which sit real nice and long in the pouch) is 3g of fiber :) the oatbar chewy is 1g fiber...then I've been adding the fiber one chewables that are like 2g fiber each (4 a day)...gotta keep things moving...lol that's part of the prolapse I have...

I hope Dinner is High Protein! I understand the fiber part and having to go. I eat a bowl of Raisen Bran every couple of days, but I can't do it every day or my scales would be moving in the wrong direction.

We have all these flower beds around the house that used to be full of mulch... we got tired of re-mulching every year or two, so finally bit the bullet and decided to go rock! Hopefully we won't have to touch it for a long time!
Subway has definitely been my friend... especially the flat bread, seems like less bread to chew through.

My DH wants to do that too but I've been putting up a fuss about it....LOL He has been bringing home HUGE rocks that it takes to men to lift and sitting them in the mulch so the next time it won't take as much mulch. I told him I'm Ok with that.
