Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Oh - I was BAD again last night - bought me a bag of potato chips. I've REALLY got to find me something I can snack on that won't kill me.... I don't do crackers, popcorn rarely, etc., but need the salt and crunch... I can only eat so many cashews and they're high in calories/fat. I've tried soy chips, but the carbs in them are just as bad. I've got some of the Kay Naturals, but they're like crack too... and I KNOW I feel better when I don't eat them.. oh well....
B - just regular coffee
S - 1 piece of WASA bread and an Atkins bar
S - double fuzzy navel protein drink
L - leftover corn beef hash (unless I get a better offer)
S - greek yogurt w/additional protien
D - going out later.
Vits: yep - AND I remembered to bring the others with me - WOOHOO!

I got some of the Quaker Rice Snacks this weekend. I got the Sour Cream & Onion. They have all different flavors. Somebody told me the Cheese ones taste kind of like Cheetos.
For one serving(9 chips) it is
70 calories, 2 fat, 6 carbs, 1 protein.
They give me the crunch and flavor and actually taste pretty good. I usually eat 1/2 a serving of 4.5 chips.

I didnt know this board exsisted until today! I buy Kay's naturals protein pretzel sticks for crunch, I also use roasted garbanzo beans too.
B-30 grams protein and decaf coffee mixture
Mid Morn-2 oz greek yogurt, 10 almonds and 1/8 c. of Kays natural protein cereal
L-left over chinese chicken salad/dressing, prob about 1c.
Afternoon-30 gram premier protein drink
getting my vites in
will walk 30 mins at lunch
