Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

L: Egg Salad(2 eggs), 2 Melba Wheat Crackers - might have to eat some for afternoon snack
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 4.5 Sour Cream & Onion Rice Snacks
D: 2 ozs. Beef Roast, 1/4 cup Mashed Califlower, 1/4 cup turnip greens
S: Protein Pudding w/ lite cool whip
Calories 948, carbs 54, fat 46, protein 114
Vitamins: Done
Water: 80 ozs so far
Miles: Leslie Samson Walk Away the Pounds - 2 miles

I see everyone's calories are so low - and although I haven't logged mine lately, the last time I did - WOW was I surprised how many calories I was sticking in my mouth - even though I thought I was eating pretty good....
I need to start logging again. I seem to have issues when I eat something that I don't know how to break down into servings. Like the home made mushroom soup today. I don't know what was in it - except mushrooms and milk (probably) and other stuff....
Do you make just 2 eggs for your egg salad, or more than that at a time? If more, how do you measure out just 2 eggs? Last time I made egg salad I made like 9 eggs and ate it in 2 sittings... I did measure it out into half cup servings...
