Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  I'm such a dingbat - I had taken my morning vitamins, had the rest of the day's all packed up, and left them sitting on the counter.. geesh!

B - 2 protein coffees
L - home made mushroom soup
S - cashews
S - double protein drink
D - leftover perch or hamburg

Vits:  morning done
Water:  working on it
Miles:  zumba tonight

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

We don't have any rain, but it is definitely cooler.  My DH works outside all day for a utility company and the heat is a killer for him since he is older,  so I'm so happy when we have cool days.

Good Morning Roz ! Morning Vitamins and shake ,....check......headed to the gym and a cardio workout ....no weights today I don't think......stayed up late watching netflix on my Ipad ...not such a good idea....see ya in a bit.........

I woke up about 2 am and tried to get on my computer to read some posts but it just would cooperate.  When I got up this morning, I was glad because who knows how long I would have stayed up.

Here's the plan today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Egg Salad(2 eggs), 2 Melba Wheat Crackers - might have to eat some for afternoon snack
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  4.5 Sour Cream & Onion Rice Snacks
D:  2 ozs. Beef Roast, 1/4 cup Mashed Califlower, 1/4 cup turnip greens
S:  Protein Pudding w/ lite cool whip
  
Calories 948, carbs 54, fat 46, protein 114
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  Leslie Samson Walk Away the Pounds - 2 miles

I see everyone's calories are so low - and although I haven't logged mine lately, the last time I did - WOW was I surprised how many calories I was sticking in my mouth - even though I thought I was eating pretty good....

I need to start logging again.  I seem to have issues when I eat something that I don't know how to break down into servings.  Like the home made mushroom soup today.  I don't know what was in it - except mushrooms and milk (probably) and other stuff....

Do you make just 2 eggs for your egg salad, or more than that at a time?  If more, how do you measure out just 2 eggs?  Last time I made egg salad I made like 9 eggs and ate it in 2 sittings...  I did measure it out into half cup servings...
