You know how i mentioned that I would be giving my "testimony" at a weight loss seminar last week. Well, I did it and it went fine. I included an example of what I eat each day. One lady announced that she found my eating plan "disturbing." She was very shocked that I didn't eat bread or sugar......almost seemed offended by it. It really made me realize that giving some of that stuff up wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
Did the lady already have surgery or she just going through the approval process? Hopefully your success will get her thinking about what she is putting in her mouth.
