back at work after my sister's wonderful wedding weekend...definitely getting back on track today.
b: 1 cup cottage cheese and handful of grapes
s: 2 scoop protein shake
l: roasted turkey and grilled vegetables
s: shake or bar, not sure
d: turkey burger and mixed vegetables
miles: spin class (if i can keep my head up after work)
have a good one!

Glad to see you back! I love weddings!!!!! Were you in the wedding? Any single men at this wedding.....
My DD#2 is in my nieces wedding in October and found out she was pregnant after she ordered the dress. We are hoping the seamstress can do something with it or they are going to have to find someone else to wear it.

the wedding was so wonderful! i was the maid of honor and we all had a blast! speaking of seamstresses, my dress was tailored because it was originally too big...and when i got it back it was too small and wouldn't even close!!!! luckily i tried it on a couple of days ahead and it was altered the next day, just in time for the wedding!

Here's the plan for today. I am on a mission to increase my water to avoid dehydration that I have suffered the past weeks...AND increase fiber!! So, here it is...
B - Protein shake (32g & 162 cal)
S - 4 oz cottage cheese (13g & 90 cal)
S - hard boiled egg (6g & 70 cal) + 1/2 cup strawberries
L - 4 oz sliced turkey (18g & 120 cal) over shredded lettuce, tomato, salad dressing (50 cal)
S - fresh veggies + cheese stick (8g & 70 cal)
S - Starbucks iced venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte (15g & 160 cal)
D - Italian sausage w/ marinara sauce and steamed veggies (17g & 160 cal)
S - protein shake (32g & 162 cal)
Protein: 141 g
calories: 1044 (that darned starbucks...lol)
Vitamins: so on track I want to smack myself!! :)
Water: drinking like a fish!! (33.8 ounces down so far this morning)
Miles: nothing planned...just working my butt off at work/home.
