Fitness Challenge - August 23rd

Hmmm... about my ticker.  I went three weeks without dropping a pound, so I was ready.  Last week I exercised less, ate less carbs and started the thyroid meds.  I don't think I've dropped 3.6 pounds in a week since month 1.  I've had several months of 3 pounds total for the entire month.  I do know that I've dropped two pounds since starting the thyroid meds on Friday.  Whatever the reason, I'm so darn excited!

Out of the 180's forever!!!  This is the first time since around 1977.

 Wow Lee !! go LEE !!   cant help wondering if exercise makes those thyroid meds that much more effective .....

I don't have a clue as this is all so new to me.  I know I just love seeing the scale drop a little every morning.  This is so new to me.  I shed more pounds in the last week than I have in any other week since the second week post-op.  You can only imagine how delighted I am!

I walked 2 miles today in 30 minutes.
It was really hot!!

LInda, that's a very fast walk for a hot day!  I hope you're staying well hydrated.

10 min stairmaster, 10 min elliptical, 10 min run on treadmill, then 30 minutes weights.
