Fitness Challenge - August 23rd
It's Monday morning and time to start our routines all over again. YAY for the opportunity! I'm always grateful.
I'm about to be late to work so here's my plan for today:
Walk 3 miles to work
Walk 30 minutes at lunchtime
Walk 15 minutes home tonight
Weight Machines in the gym - maybe cardio if I feel like it. The 90 minutes of walking should be enough.
We're getting our first heatwave of the summer today!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

No, really - I felt really good about it today. I took yesterday off too, and I KNEW I had to. The rest of the week will be busy so I know I need to get it in while I can.
Tomorrow is Zumba - Wed is a meeting and then maybe back to work... Thurs-Sat will be working as a volunteer for the Beer Festival after work and all day on Fri/Sat. Hopefully I'll get enough exercise working there to offset the beer intake
