Almost 2 years out and still getting the foamies!

A client came in while I was eating lunch and instead of just sitting it aside I took the last big bite and now I am going to pay for it for hours.

It doesn't upset me that I am having the foamies, I consider that a blessing that my tool is still working at this point of my journey, but It makes me so mad when I do stupid stuff!!! At almost 2 years out, I know better...I'm definitely not a newbie!!

I've never had the foamies. Is it typically from swallowing something too big?

That's usually the main reason. To big, to fast, or several bites close together.

I haven't had the foamies in ages - and I do ALL the bad stuff. But today I went out for lunch and I ate too fast. I felt uncomfortable, even though I didn't eat too much... It feels like a rock in my tummy... you'd think I know better by now too.

They have finally eased up an it's not as near uncomfortable. I guess we just need a reminder every once in awhile to keep us from getting ****y.

I eat a lot faster than I used to, but I still know my limits. last week I got the foamies the night of my aunt's funeral service. I was in a hurry getting out the door and I ate that last big bite. I was so mad at myself because the whole time I was driving there I was miserable and had to pull over to "spit" multiple times.

Hope you are feeling better.
I know if I am stressed and I eat - it is usually going to get stuck and I'm going to have the foamies!!
I have always ate fast - that has been one of the hardest things to change.

I get the foamies when I eat one bite too many. This generally happens when I'm eating while on the computer and I get distracted and am not paying attention. Then I eat what is there on the plate (which is an amount that usually fits) and don't listen to my full signal.
