Fitness Challenge - August 22nd
I bet all you movers thought I forgot! Nope, just out exercising.
So happy Sunday to everyone! We're finishing off another week of shaking our booty. Are you happy with your week? Do you have any goals for next week?
This morning I walked for over an hour at the marina in the dog park. I love watching those dogs swim and play. Almost makes me feel like a doggie owner, but I did go with my friend and her two dogs.
I came home and put on my gym clothes so that I can go down and do the weight machines and get in my crunches.
So my week in review:
I didn't work out as hard or long with Zach gone. I almost felt like I had a mini exercise vacation with just focusing on walking. A few days I wanted to do weights but never got there.
Upcoming week:
Walk a minimum of 60-90 minutes a day.
Do my weight routine at least 4 times this week.
Don't lag on the 200 daily crunches.
Try out at least one of the yoga classes that I Tivo'd on FitTV.
