Most of you guys know I go through jags where I just don't feel like eating.  YUP, I don't feel like eating again.  I figured if I post it I will be more aware of it.   I figure once I get back in the gym, I'll be hungry again too...LOL

 I'm so sorry the pot roast made you sick.  Do you do better when you're just having a protein shake?  Maybe give up the food for a day until your pouch settles down and just stick with fluids.

I agree. Get your protien in. I go through what you go through in terms of not wanting to eat. I've done it for  more then half my life. When I am tempted to do it now, I think of the results on my metabolism and make sure I get something in my stomach. Even if it is a protein shake, that is okay. Good luck!

I feel like this more than I can say, for me I eat a protein bar....since the drinks don't go down well. Or a handful of nuts here and there, or just cheese....I have had a hard time eating again too. I know it's not healthy for me, and my body feels bad when I am in my non eat funk....as much as I hate to say it, you have to push yourself hungry or not....but I feel for you!
