Just Checking In
I just wanted to check in with everyone here... I'm just over two weeks out and things are going great! I've started on purees and so far so good! (knock on wood) I thought eating tiny bites and going really slow would be super hard for me, but it just seems so natural because I can really feel my sleeve working on the food and know not to take the next bite till things quiet down a bit. I'm losing a lot faster than I thought I would as a lightweight, so that has been a nice surprise. Overall, I'm really feeling good about my decision... I thought for sure I'd be thinking WTF did I do to myself by now, but I really havent had that moment yet!
Sounds like you're doing everything right and reaping the benefits. Rock on, Paula!

That's Great! Make sure you keep a ledger so other newbies can be encouraged with your progress. It is surprising how we forget all of the details as we get closer to goal.
