Fitness Challenge - August 21st

Okey Dokey it's Saturday and time to keep moving.

I'm feeling tired and not really into the thought of moving, but no time for excuses now!

I think today is going to be a day off for me.  I'll walk the 3.5 miles around the lake at a good clip with a WLS buddy before we head off to an OH luncheon. 

Does walking around Goodwill count?   Ok, don't throw rocks, I know it doesn't.  :)

What are you doing today?  Did you all notice that Shannon walked herself right to GOAL yesterday?

Hi Lee!!!

Got my lazy bum out of bed and walked/ran 2 miles this morning - I feel like I cheated not doing the 3.  Found myself some new workout clothes at Macy's on clearance yesterday - woohoo!  No excuses now!

I'll be on my feet the whole rest of the day, so I'm sure that will make up for it. 

Scale was a little nicer today... I'm a half pound above my original goal (125) and would like to see at least 3 more off....

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

YAY Jody, you done good girl!

I got some new workout clothes at Macy's a few weeks ago.  The pants that were originally below my knees were down at my ankles.  I thought it was time to upgrade.  Funny that I don't want to spend money on regular clothes, but was happy to do it for fitness clothes.  I need all the inspiration I can get.

Good job and getting back to goal!  I bet you'll see those three more come off in a hot flash!  Do you drink more beer when the weather is hot?  I probably would if I were a beer drinker.  :)

Yeah Shannon.
It's drizzling rain here so I did 30 min. on the Wii Fit.  Yoga and areobics.

 Gina babeeeee, ban that word FAIL from your movement vocabulary.  We all get to have down days when life etc gets in the way.  No problem!!  We get to wake up tomorrow and have another opportunity to shake our booty.   When it comes to exercise, there's no perfection, and therefore, no failure.    You rock out most days and that's the goal.

Sorry I missed this yesterday, I had an extremely busy day. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes floor exercises!
