B/L- Fresh geen beans from the Farmers Market, cheese & Peanut butter (whatta combo!!)
S-1 scoop Nectar Capp 23g
L-Mc D's grilled chicken snack wrap (minus the wrap) at b-day party and 2 bites of a D**** Cream cake!!!
S- 1 scoop Lemon Tea 23g
Vits:only need bedtime
Water: eh ok

I know how you feel because I'm behind too Janessa! I've barely been on this past week because of family stuff.
Menu sounds really good. Isn't if funny how 2 bites satisfies us most of the time now.

YAY on your for doing so well with your eating during the stress of the last week. Isn't great to learn new things about ourselves? So cool that you didn't revert to old behaviours.
I'm really really really trying to eat more protein. I'm not too hungry today but I've managed to eat pretty well.
B. 2:1 protein bar at GNC to try before I bought - 1/2 of it (16 protein)
S. 1/2 Oh Yeah RTD Shake - (16 protein)
L. 2 ounces turkey wing - (18 protein)
S. nectarine
D. Other 1/2 of protein bar and protein shake (32 protein)
Calories 682
Protein 83 - I want more but I'm not hungry enough and worried that I won't get in my dinner
Carbs 37
Check out my new ticker - finally hit 31 BMI. Seven pounds to Doctor's goal for me!

Miles - 1 hour walk - weight machines
