Menus and Miles Sunday Aug. 21st
Good Morning Roz ! Took those morning Vitamins but no shake yet. Got home from church and made a bacon & tomato on toast, heated up a piece of corn and also ate a nectarine, drinking a green tea as usual. Sandy hasn't been feeling well so I think we might be in for the day so I can keep an eye on her. Well see ya in a bit.........
Good morning everyone! Just got home from a killer work out with my mom at her gym. We are making it a Sunday morning tradition for me to go with her. Here's the plan for today:
B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: None
L: 2oz grilled chicken breast strips
S: 1 scoop GNC w/water
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: Salad (spinach, fresh veggies, ff cheese, grilled chicken)
S: Celery & PB2
Cal: 493, Fat: 6, Carb: 26, Prot: 82 (little low again, may add another protein shake if I can)
Water: 6 cups so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill (10 walk, 35 running hard) 30 minute leg machines, 20 minute crunches, push ups, plank

Linda - I finally broke down and bought 2 more containers each of fuzzy navel and pink grapefrut. I had used up most of the others I had, except for the Lemon Tea

Jody, I bought Fuzzy Navel and Lemon Tea. I love the Lemon Tea - isn't it strange how everyone's taste is so different.
I have Twisted Cherry that I used to love, but now it just taste so sweet. I made some Vanilla SF/FF pudding and put a scoop in it - it looks like pink pepto medicine and taste pretty bad too but I'm going to try and eat it since it is only 4 servings and I hate to waste it!! LOL!

My DD#1 is one of those dreaded auditors. It made me laugh when everyone was panicked about the auditors coming and I wondered if that's how people react when they know my sweet little girls coming....LOL She must be pretty good at her job, she just got promoted to Sr. Manager and she has found a few fraud cases.

LOL - I actually really like our auditor. He is super nice. I've only had one in the last 20+ years that I had a hard time with and I found out later that most everybody had a hard time getting along with her.
I'll bet she is good if she got promoted - is she with the State or in private industry?
