Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Oooo - got my package from Vitalady - its funny how we can get so excited now over vitamins and protein - LOL... felt like my birthday!!

It is exciting to get those packages. Who ever would have thougt....LOL. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and bought my lemon tea this time. I paid a little bit more but I only had to buy one instead of paying out for 4.

Well friends got my chores done and came home with fresh tomatoes and made bacon and tomato sandwiches, ate a nectarine.
Had the boys from my sons band in for supper we had rotisserie chicken with green beans, corn on cob , tomatoes and a small bit of ice cream. The fellas ate everything in sight, I had a serving of everything and am pleasantly full. My DS is a bit forgiving with butter and bacon ...ie fat and I only had two pieces of toast with that sandwich so I feel good about the menu I had. Been drinking green teas as usual. Hope everyone had a wonderful day!
