Good Morning. 8 hours of sleep
I hardly ever get 8 straight hours of sleep. I guess I wore myself out this week with all the anxiety and stress. I let it be known how stressed I was about the lay-off and such, and the office manager told me on her way out yesterday to get some sleep, have a good weekend and that I was fine...not to worry. Feeling better but, dang, we need to get more contracts awarded to us!
Well, today the plan is to do laundry, pull crab grass, spread some Scotts stuff on the lawn, and run the vacuum. Son#2 needs to start getting his stuff together for his trip back up to school. I sure wish he could stop by and meet Roz on his way up. He needs a mom while he's away from me. lol

I almost always get 8 hours...and don't function well without. Sometimes I wake up to pee in the night now (probably due to the non-stop water drinking all day), but I just stumble in and right back to bed. I am going to do my regular Saturday errands with my mom and my babies, but no plans the rest of the weekend. DH needs to mow, but it is raining again this morning.

Good morning Gina! I slept in today - it felt sooo good! But I kept waking up throughout the night and just figured out it was because I was uncomfortable - I now remember refluffing and rearranging my pillows... oh well..
Busy day for me. I just got back from my 2 mile walk/run and will be heading downtown for an Art Show. Probably walk around downtown and get a latte after that then this afternoon/evening I'll be going to a wine festival where I will be partaking and working (pouring wine). I plan on having fun! There will be several bands there too.

Good Morning LW's and Gina!
I've only slept 6 hours the last few nights and I'm feeling it this morning. When I wake up around 5 I can't go back to sleep. The night Zach left I got 9 hours sleep so I must have gotten all caught up on sleep. I'm going to try for at least 7 hours tonight.
I have a full morning planned. A 3.5 mile walk with a WLS buddy, then Goodwill and an OH luncheon that happens monthly in a neighboring county. I need to gather some clothes to take to the clothing exchange. I'm hoping someone will bring some size 14 pants and M-L tops because my closet is so darn bare. I bought some exercise wear at Macy's a few weeks ago, but I really hate spending money on fitted things because they don't last long. Hoping that Goodwill is stocked today!
My weightloss is starting up again. I go 2 weeks with nothing, then drop some pounds. Still trying for 174.9 when I see my surgeon on September 2nd. I can't wait to be "overweight" already. It's been close to 35 years since I could say that.
Ok... enough rambling. Time for another cup of tea.
