Good Morning Roz! Hey there friends, Been raining hard here this morning. Have my vitamins in as usual, just take them before I shave every mornin'. Made a 30g protein shake and is sitting here ready to consume, didn't get by yesterday, was doing stuff. Still at 196# but not gaining so..... Sandy has doctors appt. So don't know when or if I will make it to the gym!! Didn't sleep well last night. Shake is finished! Well that's it for now,see ya all in a bit.

Hope your mom's biopsy went ok. and DD's are all doing better. Hang in there. We are all thinking of y'all.

D: ??We are picking up something from Zaxby's probably Grilled Chicken Salad
S: ?? No Idea - should be nothing after the cake at lunch.
I don't have any totals on this.
Vitamins: Morning Done

Miles: None today - going to play bingo tonight so none tonight.

Good afternoon! I paid bills(yuck) and ran errands all morning. I'm beat, so it's time to sit down at the computer for awhile while the baby naps.
B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/water
L: 2oz scallops
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: Home made chicken alfredo (with Walden farms zero calorie, zero sugar sauce)
S: celery w/PB2
Cal: 491, Fat: 6, Carb: 25, Prot: 85 (I know, the totals are low, but it's one of those not hungry days)
Water: 6 cups so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: 45 min treadmill, crunches
