Fitness Challenge - August 19th
Let's get movin peeps!
It's almost the end of the week. I work from home on Friday, so I love Thursday! :)
Here's my plan so far for today:
Walk 45 minutes to work
Walk 20 minutes at lunchtime
Walk 15 minutes home the short way around the lake
Gym:
Don't know if I'll do any cardio except to warm up
Weight Machines
200 crunches and stretching.
What's the plan gang?

I'm gonna go hardcore the next few days! Monday I will be 5 months out, and I would love to be to goal (down 2 more pounds) by then. I've decided to try to keep going after that, but still, it would be cool to hit origional goal on my surgiversary. I ran last night so here's today:
45min jog/walk on treadmill, 30 minutes weights and floor exercises

Besides doing the barn work, I went to Curves. Otherwise, I knew I would spend the whole day at the computer and in meetings.
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance

Another 2-3 mile walk/run. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully the weather will hold. If it doesn't I'll hop on the elliptical. Just have to dust it off first... lol

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
