Fitness Challenge - August 20th

 Hey, it's Friday!  Let's kick off the weekend in a big way.

I'm planning an hour in the gym.  I'll do at least 40 minutes of cardio followed by weight machines, 200 crunches and stretching.  I'll try to get in an outdoor walk as well.

So what's the plan peeps?

I started back at jogging today for the first time since my RNY! Since I'm out of running shape, I did an interval brisk walk/run for 3 very hilly miles outside. Now back home for 100 crunches and 20 push-ups, once I catch up on my water. It's hot out there!

No rain today and the early morning was clear and not as hot or humid as it has been.  I got both ponies driven before lunch.  And they were both good.

Back on the treadmill today, DH is supposed to go out running with me in the morning (it doesn't usually happen, but we'll see) Today is supposed to be my day off, so I'll walk slowly.

Lee - I'm thinking I'll take the day off.  We'll see later how I'm feeling, what I'm doing and what the weather looks like.

BUT - I have busted butt cleaning the house today!  I think that kinda counts... 

Good thing is my soreness is gone.  I know making myself get out yesterday was key to getting those muscles back in shape and to stop their complaining!!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

YAY Jody, I'm glad the soreness is gone.  It will make it much easier for you to get back out there.
