Fitness Challenge - August 20th
I'm planning an hour in the gym. I'll do at least 40 minutes of cardio followed by weight machines, 200 crunches and stretching. I'll try to get in an outdoor walk as well.
So what's the plan peeps?
HW: 249 SW: 229 GW: 149 Age: 63 - Body by Sauceda - 12/2011
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance

BUT - I have busted butt cleaning the house today! I think that kinda counts...
Good thing is my soreness is gone. I know making myself get out yesterday was key to getting those muscles back in shape and to stop their complaining!!
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
