Thanks for the swinging lizards. Nobody else got laid off
Well, I still have a job and nobody else got laid off today. Some unscheduled attrition may have taken care of some of the burden, I dunno. I feel ok about things tonight. Not great and wonderful, but ok.
I still feel like I need to find a better niche with this company. So, I'll be volunteering for different things to do and try along with what I'm currently doing. I've gotten pretty efficient at producing the product we deliver so I have time. Anyway, I wanted to say thanks for the prayers and swinging critters. You guys are really the greatest.

Hijack!! Hey Lee- I've been out of the loop for a couple of weeks. Just went back to work after 8 weeks of summer vacation and things have been crazy to say the least. But I just wanted to say you look beautiful. Your new (well not so new) avi is awesome. I am inspired by you and your wonderful walks around the lake with your son. WLS has been a blessing for all of us, but when we have family who are willing to embrace us and our efforts (like your Prince Charming of a son) that is priceless. Keep on keepin' on and posting...I for one truly benefit from your posts. ♥

You're right, I'm so lucky to have a son who supports me, even to the point of being willing to spend the summer here to help me get strong and healthy. I feel so honored to have not only a son but someone that I can discuss anything with, knowing that he feels the same.
Thanks for that blush inducing compliment about my avi. My brother recently wrote to me that he feels like he's seeing his lil'sis for the first time in a very long time. I love the feeling of coming back into my body.
I hope you settle happily back into work. It will be great to see you posting around here more often again!
